Wow, what a great design this is. Miyuki should feature you as one of the best reasons to use their evenly sized round seed beads. I am amazed at how well the earring hangs: featherweight, supple, and comfortable. This is my first time commenting on youtube, I think, so I really appreciate this. Like linda'scraftyinspirations' tiny honeycomb earrings, this is one of the best of the small, lightweight dangles I have ever seen. I am really looking forward to trying this with my stash of vintage size 9/0's (well culled) with 2 1/2 or 3mm crystals instead of size 8/0. You really thought this through and I appreciate your sharing this.
@@lorandbeads9053 I'm still playing around with this elegant design of yours. Looks great with fat, round, well culled Czech 10/0 beads and 2 mm faceted spinel (or 2 x 3 mm crystals that are cut a little on the small side, such as budget Chinese crystals). Slipknotting either side of the crystal from which you have hung the inner loop sometimes makes it hang a little better. I would never have thought of using a square stitch, from which you can hang bigger outside beads, and fill in for a nice, complicated but smooth look on the inside. The square stitch really makes it possible to handle the slight size variations of even well culled beads. It's really important to keep the tension tight on the first pass, and it was really smart of you to double sew the bottom corner, since this first row is so floppy, until you've done the outside and inside rows next. You really thought this through from the point of view of the beader trying your design for the first time! I look forward to hanging a dagger bead instead of loop, and trying larger beads - I have to use the thickest possible thread (8 pound test for 10/0's) to make sure that the outside single-wide beads hang as straight as possible. Truly a brilliant design!
I agree with many of the comments. I am a seasoned beader of many years and can follow you, but these are not easy or fast for beginners. You need to explain the thread path in order to get where you need to be before you say "pick up three" and at any other time. You are good your voice is clear, there is no disturbing music in the background . You just need to explain all the steps as you go along.
Hi Sylvia, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry about your experience on this video. You may want to see the same earring design please click ruclips.net/video/4j4QkuSLqLk/видео.html Have a nice day!
Beautiful and easy to stitch...plus, think of all the lovely colorways that can be used to customize this design! Thank you so much for sharing with us.

Beginner earrings but definitely not a beginner video. I feel like if this were just a tad slower and I could see which holes she was going into, I'd be able to follow along. Made it to 2:34. Very pretty outcome though in the video!

These are very pretty, but you should say how much thread you are using and give better instructions as to where you are putting your needle. I had a very hard time following, and I had to stop and rewind several times to see what you were doing.

Nice earrings but you don't mention the beads you are putting the thread through. You say you pick up # beads but you don't say where you put the needle through...very disappointing

Hi I am new to seed beads and would like to try your tutorial.
How much thread do you cut for one earring?
Hi delicious4.1, it defends on the design you'll make. For this design you need two 29 inches to make a pair of earrings. Enjoy your beadings 💖

Sorry about that ... you may want to check this ruclips.net/video/4j4QkuSLqLk/видео.html
horrible directions: pick up 3....not clear on which bead to go through and loop through. thanks
Yes, I got how any to pick up but not clear on directions for sewing together.
I agree. I think this would be great if I already knew what I was doing at least a little. Not super easy for a true beginner.
