The USA MUST protect Taiwan if they are attacked by China whether they pay for it or not. That's just the reality regardless of which party is in control for the foreseeable future. Those top tier chips aren't able to be made in the USA just yet and not having them isn't an option. That said, the USA shouldn't have to shoulder the economic and political costs of being the world's policeman. At some level the USA has to be have self interest involved in their decisions on who we support economically much less with the blood of our citizens. In any case we absolutely will jump in if China moves on Taiwan but it certainly doesn't help to project weakness or uncertainty into whether or not we would support Taiwan when the time comes.

The great "I am", God almighty, is the only reason we still have Trump with us. God's timing is perfect. Ps: it's not about "religion" it's about a RELATIONSHIP with God/Jesus/Holy Spirit. And I was a STAUNCH former atheist for what it's worth. It wasn't until God spoke to me directly, after my crying out for a sign that if God was real, I wanted to know it and I wanted to know the TRUTH about Him and which "religion" was correct, which I feel so ashamed for now, asking for a sign, when the signs are all around us. But God spoke to me that day very loud and clear and I've not ever heard such a voice like that before or since that day. But it was so powerful that I gave my life to Christ right then in the parking lot of my job. Bc I got to work after my "cry out" and as I round the front of my car, my eyes instantly go to the ash/butt can at the business next to ours and i see yellow beads hanging out of it and I was like 🤨 and I walked over and realized it was a child's yellow plastic rosary, which of course was weird to me instantly, considering... so I reach down to pick them up and the SECOND I touched it, I was startled by the LOUDEST most powerful voice I've ever heard in my life and it said, I'll never forget, "This is what the world has done to MY SON! They've cast him into the ashes." and that was all that was said and it was all that NEEDED to be said, because it 1. Confirmed to me that God IS real, His existence doesn't come from one's belief in Him and 2. That Jesus Christ of Nazareth IS the son of God, proving He is the truth, the way and the life and nobody gets to the Father accept by Jesus' finished work on the cross and accepting Him as your Lord and Savior, it is a free gift that we don't even deserve but God so loved the world that He gave His only son up, so that through his sacrifice, whoever believes on Him shall not perish, have eternal life. What a gracious and glorious gift that will be when the time comes to be called home. I can only imagine the beauty, glory and pure love seen and felt in the place Jesus has prepared for us. Hallelujah!🙌✝️🙌
