Periphery should remaster/redo their first album for a 10 year anniversary thing. It would be cool hearing Nolly and Mark on the studio versions of older stuff. And even Spencer's improved vocals
Still wish they'd do this... p1 was amazing and it's still at the top of my all time favorites.

I didn't say Matt Halpern was the best drummer out there and I'm not saying Matt Gartska is either, all I was saying was Halpern, in my opinion, is one of the best and cleanest drummers out there. No comparison needed.
Mike Bliss I know you weren't saying that. And I am not saying Halpern is bad or anything and I respect your opinion man. I was just agreeing with Lightsworn night. Gartska is not my favorite drummer by any means but in my opinion plays a lot cleaner and with more feeling with the same kind of style. No hard feelings ment at all, just sharing my opinion just like you. Have a good one

I can't enjoy Periphery as much as I used to, but Halpern will always be easily one of my favorites.
Man, that's a strong performance ! I was like eyes wide opened while watching this 0_o
Spencer's growl at 1:29 was absolutely fucking brutal, I just love how he keeps revealing new stuff each album. First album gave us a general idea of his vocal abilities, second one showed us his insane vocal range as well as some deeper growls, Clear took those growls even further down with Feed The Ground, and I think I have an idea of what to expect in Juggernaut. Can't fucking wait!

Luke Holland? Matt Garstka? They kill it too. I think they use ghost notes more often though so that might be a factor in that.

+Casper van Wijngaarden Halpern is infinately more groovy though. Gartska sounds like a theory robot machine, sure its hard, but it doesn't sound nice and make you want to jump. Matt = better musician.

Halpern's drums are the cleanest sounding kit live, plus he's extremely entertaining to watch. Periphery is just a powerhouse of musical talent.

Theyve got in ear monitors where they get a mix of the whole band that also acts has hearing protection. You cant see them most of the time. There is a wire running down their backs to a little pack.
I guess some may dislike this band but it's impossible to deny this guy is one of the best drummers of this generation (if not the best)

Such an amazing show. Periphery was on par with after the burial as far as quality live grooves. Everyone keep an eye out for Juggernaut in January. That album is gonna melt faces. So heavy.
