video I'm going to show you how to remove and reinstall the overhead console on a 9thgen Honda Accord. This procedure will cover all 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 Honda Accord both coupe and sedan. This also is the same procedure for many other Honda vehicles including Civic, Ridgeline, CRV, Pilot, Odyssey, HR-V and Acura vehicles as well: TL TSX ILX, TLX, RLX, RDX, MDX, ZDX.

Thanks! For the video. I'm also going to put styrofoam around the lip of the console so it fits tighter on the headliner. I notice that's where most of my rattling seems to come from.
I mean the ept sealer tape
What if your headliners are broke and the whole console is hanging??

Thanks for this video. I have a 2018 Accord. I have a problem where I was changing bulbs to led in the rear and the old bulb popped into the roof. I heard it rolling around and I think it's in the driver's side near the A pillar and is at least temporarily stuck there. If I removed the overhead console, could I reach my hand in there or is it like it looks and not accessible?

Anyone know if Honda uses this same overhead console in the 2020 Accord? Mine has a rattle in it too. I took it to the dealer 3 times & it was under warranty. They put more felt tape each time but it keeps rattling. I want to fix it myself.

What is the little light that turns red there ? It seems to only be on in the morning or at. Night

How can you make the red light that in the middle brighter
I have been planning on changing the ambient light bulb too but I can't seem to find the part number of the LED so I can order a replacement. I am pretty sure it can be changed, just try to search for the part number

My honda Accord came without homelynk, I've seen several ways to upgrade my overhead console to a an after market home lynk, yet my question is this, can one upgrade to an overhead console that has the home lynk included and what is the wiring configuration, because I got one of a used honda, and the wires that I need to connect are 4 has anybody tried it?

But , I don't have a SUNROOF so the light has a one piece lense ( lt to right covering both lamps, no sunroof switch because no sunroof ) I have a leak and want to drain the water. Before winter and perhaps find the hole in roof or top of (replaced) windshield?
Do any of you know where the "tabs" are?
Most likely the screws are located behind the one lends and the tabs are located on the front and rear of the assembly. It depends on the make model year of your vehicle.
