Bought this couch about a year ago and have been preparing to move it next month. This video showed me exactly what I needed to take the backs off so I can move it.
They have updated it. The middle fold down arm rest now has 2 wireless charging pads. Also the two side cup holders have USB charging.

Awesome couch brother! Looks very comfortable and it’s very cool! I just bought one that’s similar with power reclining but just cushion for headrests.
I have these sofas with the lumbar upgrade. I bought 6, meaning I could put 3 of these in both rooms.
I really recommend this sofa as it is extremely comfortable.

any info on the lumber upgrade? I got this same couch from bobs furniture spent $2k on the thing and less than a year later the cushions are sagging and theres a gap between the bottom cushion and the cushion on the back making it very uncomfortable so I have to jam a pillow in there.
s2knott the upgrade is very good and the it should have a warranty for such issues
s2knott what you should do is not sit one leg on one seat and other in other seat. 1 person on each seat. Don’t use one seat more than the others. Sit gently into the couch don’t throw urself into it and when getting up try not to use much force on the sides of the seat
I just looked at a similar one Big Lots is selling for $650.00 but it only has the center that comes down with cup holders and a push panel which opens where the USB, and outlets

hi, I have the same one, but one side reclined all the way down and then got stuck and won't recline back up again. Everything else is working including headrest reclining and cup holder lights. Do you know what might possibly be causing the problem?
I just bought a floor set, loveseat, and couch, the single chair was special ordered and is coming today. The couch and loveseat both have a box with 9-volt connections on it, the couch has two. What could these possibly be for? We received a discount of $5,000.00 because they were floor models.

Great video my wife and I went to rooms to go and bought the same couch except we just got a loveseat not the whole three seat couch on hours the USB ports are next to the head rest buttons hours came delivered so assembly was not a problem we bought ours in February 2019 and have had no troubles at all with anything. We very much like having the controls on the top of the armrests not on the side when you can't see the buttons. Were hoping to purchase the matching couch next year. Or when our budget permits, but we are very very happy with the loveseat.
it's easy to clean off spills and pet hair too.
There are so many versions of this couch I'm actually amazed, I wonder who the Chinese ODM that makes it is? The same couch goes for another $900 as the "Seatcraft Omega" but has Qi chargers and a subwoofer option for a smaller armrest compartment, or the "FDW Reclining Sofa" for $100 less than this one with flat, closed armrests, and there's a few other versions floating around google. How odd!

Hi, it's not as easy as it looks to put the backs on. First, which is the left / right backs, or does it matter which side you put them on. Second, the clips don't work the same way. If I try to put the back on, the tab on the chair clip is outside the piece sticking up from the base. Are you supposed to press this is to slide it down where it catches ?

Thank you for the video. I got myself a couple of these, from a private party. I love them, and I am sure will love them even more if I can get them to work. I am having problems with the power connection, and how to get power to the sofa? I only have one cable to plug in, in the center piece that folds down, but my control buttons and cup holders do not work. Noting works as far as motorized seats. I know I most likely missing parts, but not sure what am I missing, and don't know how the power connection is made . Is it possible to make a video showing how power is connected from the back?
I couldn't find any catalogue or manual for it. Do you have any? That might helm me to get what I need. Thanks much! Abe.

Mine just stoped working on the right side for no reason and it is stuck where the leg thing is up and I already made sure everything was plugged in and everything
Mine did the same thing..my left side would not light up but luckily it was in the sitting position but now the right side has stopped working as well. I'm trying to find someone to take a look at it to see what wrong. Its not under warranty any longer but has not been sat on very much because it was in our basement

can we get an update on how the couch is?
I spilled a drink on the controls and because they are touch sensitive they started to auto activate. After I unplugged the couch and let it dry for 24 hours it's 100% good and the leather is good too. I'm Happy i bought it.

I still have it works great and I have kids, 2 pets dog and cat. These couches are unbranded so it's a strong possibility. Make sure you get genuine leather.
