The scent I believe is the pineapple lifesaver hard candy, the clear yellow one. That's what I thought as soon as I smelled it, it's even colored the same coincidentally.
I bought this x amount months ago and found it to streaky. So I tried the diluted 1:1 suggestion and man this thing is much better diluted down no streaking. One other protectant/detailer is Lithium Inner space leave a nice satin finish with UV protection and oh yeah smells great definitely would recommend. Thanks for the valuable information my man cheers from Cali 🌴🌴✊
Saw the vid, ordered a gallon and it just came in today. First order of buisness, determining the "pleasing fragrance" and let me tell you, with the help of my wife I think we've figured dis buggah out. Drumroll... ....Ludens Wild Cherry cough drops.
That’s a good answer. My wife swears it’s almond extract. Now you know why I was confused about the smell. Thanks for watching and also helping to figure out the mystery smell.
Hey sir, what do you think about Super Clean as a Interior Cleaner? you can dilute it 10:1 and it is only $9 bucks a gallon, Do you think think it could beat Xpress?
I want to do a video about this topic soon. I think SC is a good cleaner / degreaser but would require diluting accurately to avoid damage to some surfaces. I would be careful with it on extremely delicate surfaces. Done right it can be a good option. What’s nice about ready made interior cleaners is they are already diluted to be safe on most surfaces and can be further diluted for light clean ups. Xpress comes in a gallon and lasts a very long time as do some others. Most interior cleaners are APC that is diluted, scented, colored and bottled nice. Spray on wipe off with little to no risk. Hope that helps.
Bought a small spray flask off this to try, been waiting since the pandemic, since my go to place had months off delays :-(! But finally its here ;-).! Would you still dilute 1:1 into another sprayer? Video idea: best spray bottles!
I dilute according to the mess I am cleaning. 1:1 is a good dilution to start with. Go full strength if its bad and dilute more if it just needs a wipe. Thanks for the suggestion
Just ordered a gallon. Haven't watched one video where someone said it didn't work great. Thanks again for reinforcing that thought. I have two nasty pickups to do for myself. And have been amassing tools and chemicals to get them and other cleaned up. Most of the items I have bought you have tested and recommended. After three years, is it still your go to interior cleaner?
Its a great cleaner. Its my goto for a clean nothing left behind job. Easy to use and great results. If you wanted UV protection built in there is other options. P&S is a great interior cleaner and you will be happy
I just clean with it. Sometimes I apply protection to the dash and plastics. Check out my interior detail video. I do the whole deal. Thanks for watching.
Sometimes sunscreen can actually damage the fabric permanently. If it can be removed this product has a great chance of getting it done. Too aggressive of a cleaner and you can damage the fabric with the cleaner. Apply and agitate and pay close attention to the results to avoid any more problems. If its coming off great if it seems like it will damage the fabric discontinue the process. Hope that helps.
50/50 is a great lower power dilution. You can go up and down based on your cleaning needs. Always test before you go all in. check out my website dilution page where I share all my dilution ratios. www.hawaiidetailing.com/dillution
😂, man I went back to Griots Interior Cleaner. I have a bottle I got from OG, and don’t get me wrong product is great and price is good as well, but I just couldn’t stand the freaking smell man, don’t know what it smells like, but for me it wasn’t pleasant at all, if they can fix that, I’ll be willing to give it another try. Griots maybe a little more expensive, but still better IMO. Great video 👍
The directions say to wipe with a slightly damp towel. I watched a few of your videos before asking. It doesnt seem like you do that. I could be mistaken. Do you just wipe with a dry towel?
I use a dry towel. I would say a damp towel would be to remove any excess product, residue or streaking. I have never needed to do this but it’s definitely not a bad idea.

@@JPaz805 Yeah I agree. I like a few of their products for sure. P&S seem to put out great quality chemicals and easy on the wallet too. I am going to do videos for Beadmaker and Brakebuster soon. Those 3 P&S products I use a lot.

I love this scent. Reminds me of Ludens cherry drops I use to eat as a kid 😅
I have been using this product for about 1 year now and it works beautifully and a little goes a long way.

Can you post a video or a link on how to make this a 1:1 dilution?

Can i add miguiars supreme high gloss protectant after i clean it with this

If you wanted to add a bit more shine and protection after cleaning, which product would you recommend? VRP? 303? Something else?
I recommend 303. Its has a slight shine but almost none. Great UV protection too. That's my preference. Thanks for watching
Carpro pearl vrp is trash in my opinion
I'd recommend detail studio dress up. UV protection, non slippery shine and also has anti static properties.
I been trying to place the fragrance myself
I think it’s a fake almond smell.
Do you have a link to the cleaning brush?
Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Here you go. bit.ly/3rMBMMr
Does it have a UV protection or is it a cleaning product only?
Cleaning only.
Do you dilute it when you pour it in the spray bottle? Or do you use it without diluting it.
Thanks
For light cleaning dilute it down. For really dirty jobs you can use it full strength. Always test first. Thanks for watching
Definitely smells like the cherry-scented licorice you find at movie theatres.
No need for applying leather conditiner before apply the P&S interior cleaner?
No. I do apply some conditioner after. I want to keep the leather conditioned and protected after it’s clean.
