This is a damn good movie! A the guy who plays Fang Sai Yuk played him in another movie. He reminds me of Jet Li as a kid very quick agile fighter. He had mastered Tai Chi
The other movie was called Young Hero from Shaolin, this is actually its sequel
Owned this on VHS. I would semi-routinely enjoy this very film among around 2 dozen or so others with my dad. Nostalgia kick right here!
My Dad gave me this movie on VHS still in the package never been opened

I have all info on the real training of iron armor. It contains a kung fu like form but its not really striking moves as they are intended to be done under isometric muscle tension and holding the breath tight in the abdomen. Some schools in Indonesian tenaga dalam are influenced by this technique including mo pai.
I also have all info on the plum blossom kung fu and its nei gong.

This movie, Wu Tang vs Shaolin, and Shaolin vs Ninja were some of my favorite flicks as a kid.

VHS girls picks were more mainline rare picks that everyone knows and wants while J's picks were more obscure rare picks. I know all the movies shown so i know how INCREDIBLY RARE all of them are.
