I've been suffering lots of neuro symptoms, had a concussion yrs ago😟 don't know if it's related, but I feel the video that helps me is: A word from John F. Barnes P T, myofascial release. I'll have my second session today with a myofascial release therapist. I wish you well. I understand the frustration where Drs write you off.
