JMLR - frästisch - router table - mesa router - bosch pof 1400

Ich habe viele Oberfrästische auf verschiedenen Kanälen gesehen. Einige sind beeindruckend und ich muss zugeben, dass ein solches Projekt nicht einfach ist. Alles muss mit höchster Präzision ausgeführt werden, da zukünftige Projekte davon abhängen werden. Mein Ziel war es, eine Maschine zu bauen, die hochpräzise, robust, einfach zu bedienen und so günstig wie möglich ist. Ich habe nicht viel auf das Design und die Farben geachtet. Schließlich handelt es sich um ein Werkzeug und nicht um ein Möbelstück, das man sich ins Haus stellt.

He visto muchas mesas de router en diferentes canales. Algunas son impresionantes y tengo que admitir que un proyecto así no es fácil.
Todo tiene que ser hecho con la máxima precisión ya que de eso van a depender futuros proyectos. Mi objetivo era hacer una maquina con alta precisión, resistente, fácil de usar y que fuera lo más económica posible. Al diseño y los colores no les dediqué mucha atención. Al fin y al cabo es una herramienta y no un mueble para poner en casa.

I have seen many router tables on different channels. Some of them are impressive and I have to admit that such a project is not easy.
Everything has to be done with the utmost precision as future projects will depend on it. My goal was to make a machine with high precision, robust, easy to use and as economical as possible. I didn't pay much attention to the design and colors. After all, it is a tool and not a piece of furniture to put in the house.

Love your way of raising the bit. Did you need an extender to get sufficient travel on the router bit?

I've got the very same router and I was considering making a table, maybe a little smaller, maybe using 10mm plexiglass for the router plate (because it is easy to cut it for me). Anyway, I have to congratulate you, really good effort, I have seen many videos about the subject in youtube and I am pretty sure this is the most precise handmade router table (by far). By any chance, have you got shop links to the pieces used to lift it and to move it forward and backward? (I mean the mobile mechanisms)
