The EXPENSIVE ham & EXPENSIVE parmigiana cheese wheel were BOTH used in another video related to this channel, so I'm pretty sure most of it didn't go to the garbage. 🤞 ( fingers crossed )
It definitely doesn't go to the trash. They even say on the try not to eat challenges, anything the cast passes on the crew gets to enjoy. So I'm sure on episode like these, there is plenty of both cast and crew to enjoy these dishes.
Other ways to elevate Mac and cheese. Is to use whipping cream instead of milk and/or use cream cheese. I can still make the Mac and cheese for 10 bucks.
Just so you know..... you can order extra butter at any restaurant, and fill a whole cup up with half and half for $0.50 at any gas station (here in Ohio) and make a week's worth of phenomenal mac and cheese for a FRACTION of the price!! ❤🎉 Just sayin from a single Momma's position...
What you should have done with the Parm wheel is use a torch to heat up the wheel then put in the Noodles. Do a little mix and then put in the rest of the cheeses
I personally did not grow up eating mac and cheese. But, I did grow up with a very simple pasta dish that is a comfort food for me. It's just noodles with butter and ketchup.
Kind of left out some basic seasonings on your $10 version... 1/4 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and a couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce... could have elevated it alot... heck even these simple things added to the $1 version makes a world of difference. Franks Hot Sauce too for that matter!
I came here to see if anyone commented that they should have put the hot pasta in the wheel and given it a good mix to take that flavor. They just used it as a bowl! 😢
Based on what was said in the video and appearances I'ma go: 100$, 1,000$, 1$, and lastly 10$. Purely cause 100$ seemed genuinely the best, 1,000$ for the novelty, 1$ for the nostalgia, and 10$ last cause it didn't bring much to the table flavor or presentation wise.
I have already eaten spaghettti out of a parmesan wheel. I was on a market and all they did, was cooking Spaghetti and putting a bit pasta water in the wheel and then the noodles. It was fantastic.
I got to try a cheese that I've never had before, and I'm really curious if Kimmy has ever tried it herself (since she loves cheese so much!). Blarney Cheese. I felt I owed it to myself to try it because I'm part Scots-Irish. It is the smoothest cheese I've ever tasted!
My mom's Mac and cheese are so different as yours. She put can of bully beef with the macaroni and mix it and put butter in a glass pan, then she put some cheese on the top and a whisked egg and put it in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
never made a mac and cheese!! I am just african - its not a big thing here but I do love to have one made by an american.....i do make my own version but I am sure its not them same
The best mac and cheese I've ever had, as an adult, is from Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar's mac and cheese with shrimp and sausage. Unfortunately, the one in my city after 16 years permenantly closed last year.
HIYEEEEEEE, big fan luv ya'll. I am allergic to gluten AND dairy. PLEASE do a food allergy video. Recreate junkfood/fast food. SHOW IT TO ME RACHEL!!! I neeeeeeeed to know how to make pizza , mac and cheese, Big Mac sauce Ranch sauce . Chinese food I cant have soy sauce ! Help us!!!!! I watch food videos like a poor kid watches Disney adults vlog in the parks every weekend. Make my dreams come true. Those internet meals I have tried all lied to me!
You cant really call that a $1000 mac and cheese when you spend $400 of it on a parmesan cheese wheel that is literally just a stupid way to serve it. You are not actually consuming that entire wheel when eating it.
My personal view, just because ingredients cost an amount of money, doesn't mean that you are using the whole amount for your dish. For the $1 mac n cheese just use the 4Tbls butter and some pasta water that would do fine and not blow the budget. Also salt your cooking water, salt is cheap enough that the amount you would use doesn't have to be payed off in one dish. for the $10 mac n cheese has anyone pointed out that she used about twice as much (maybe more) milk as she should have? That would explain why it was soupy and i would hazard a guess that the roux wasn't cooked as much as she thought. $100 mac n cheese and you don't realize that cold dairy won't meld cheese, shocker, also have you never used pan spray to know that it isn't made to be used upside down? Are you people really cooks?
Your fancy butter lol that's less price then regular butter here in Canada fancy would be 10$ or more here it's funny how cheap American groceries r and what they think is expensive and we pay so much more for alot less variety and options

Well maybe the 60 cent box of Mac n cheese might have been tossed if not doctored to taste good once off the air.
salt, pepper and butter are usually household staples so I feel like those should have been included in the $1 Mac!!!!!
Aw yeah! Weekends just aren’t the same without a PvF Chef upload 🥳
Kimmy's chaotic energy and Ash's laid back demeanor are perfect compliments.
Chef Ash and Kimmie crack me up together!!!! Great combination
Kimmy I TOTALLY agree, Annie's white cheddar shells is absolute KING for box mac and cheese!
EMBER we love u girl. Can't wait to see your next projects!
PvF Chef - Seven Hobbit Meals plus other Lord of the Rings and Hobbit foods, like ent draught or lembas bread
Jamón Iberico brought me back to Brooklyn Nine Nine.
With all the cheese in this episode, I almost want Ash and Kimmy to recreate the Leaning Tower of Cheesa from A Goofy Movie!
Other ways to elevate Mac and cheese. Is to use whipping cream instead of milk and/or use cream

BRING BACK EMBER

Make an episode where you guys show how you’ve made some of the worst punishment foods please from try not to eat episodes!
I would say salt and pepper is free because most households should have salt and pepper. Not putting it on the $1 macaroni and cheese is just a crime.
I’d enjoy a $5 BLT vs $50 BLT vs $500 BLT video.
Could we get $1000 tacos at some point?
Watching this made me hungry! All of the mac and cheese looks so good! I agree with Kimmy about cheese, it is the best.
Mac n Cheese AND Kimmy?!?!?! What more could I ask for?
Haha I actually made Kraft Mac n Cheese to watch with this episode, but baked mac n cheese is my favorite
For the $10 one There was a little to much milk to cheese. That's why it was on the liquid side.
I came here to see if anyone commented that they should have put the hot pasta in the wheel and given it a good mix to take that flavor.
They just used it as a bowl! 😢
using shells vs elbows for mac and cheese is top teir there bud
I love Kimmie's obsession over cheese. Same, babe.
Her and parma cheese wheel 😂😂😂
MAC N CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fried Brussels and bacon in Mac and cheese is my go to .

Kraft Mac & Cheese if your parents don't buy it, stop loving them!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
How could they fuck up Mac and cheese so badly??? 😂😂😂 I thought they were chefs. 🤣🤣🤣

Tweak box mac n cheese with butter and (sharp & mild cheddar) shredded cheese (maybe bacon bits).
Baked mac & cheese is always best.
It's Mac n Cheese time!
I miss Ember😢
Do you think that the next video that you do will be about salads 🥗
I love Mac and cheese 😊 also I love chef ash she's the best 😅
I love mac and cheese 🧀!!
Corn starch would be just as good for the rue, also rice noodles would be good for the people who are allergic to wheat!
I'm lactose intolerant and will gladly destroy my stomach for mac n cheese
24:17 I don’t trust this dudes tastebuds😂 “it doesn’t taste like Mac and cheese” “it taste like Cheesecake Factory”🤦🏾♀️
I don't know if the power of this Jamon could defeat Dio
I have never tried making or eating mac and cheese so I'm gonna try making one using one of these recipes. 😁
Kimmy... Most Europeans have never eaten Mac and cheese. We make it with ragut like the Italians who invented macaroni do
Which brand of electric cooker are you using
They are both absolutely beautiful.

A can of beef? That doesn’t sound like any kind of Mac and cheese I’ve ever heard of.

@@Lizille97 it seems like a very different dish than American Mac and Cheese.

Never made Mac and Cheese as it is known in America. Did some noodles with egg and cheese from scratch at most
In what world is a shallot $6.99 lol
Yeah. I always put butter in the cheap Mac. Because I don’t have milk so it’s not fair already
For the box Mac and Cheese you need milk and butter not just water or it dilutes the cheese flavor and doesn't taste as good❕❗
Pasta water works for a substitute for the milk but it's hard to do without the butter
Y'all should have done the price for the amount used... like 1/2 gal of milk costs $1.50... so 1/4 cup would be $0.06 and the same with the butter.

The ten dollar Mac needs a packet of ramen seasoning tbh

Drunk college me made the boxed Walmart with Mayo packets and canned tuna

If the Mac n cheese cost 60 cents then that's 40 cents left to get at least margarine if not the milk.
and the salt and pepper later didn't even have a price so tose at least too ..
