This song came to me in a time in my life, along with the Mt Eden "Still Alive" Remix, when I was playing a ton of League of Legends and Mirror's Edge, and a buddy of mine, Daniel, introduced me to raving, the electronic music scene in general, Tripp pants, and making kandi. When I think of how dubstep is perceived by a lot of folks nowadays, I always grin and shake my head a bit because this "era" of the genre is how I remember it most bright and vivid. This music, this culture, these vibes and that era defined a part of my life, and were a backdrop to the bond I have with my best friend in the world. Legendary.
This song without fail makes me take a deep breathe after hearing the first few notes play, and smile ever so slightly while I'm exhaling as the song continues. Such a calming, beautiful song that has not only nostalgic value for me and by the looks of it, many others that continue to revisit this song, but elicits feelings inside me that make me so calm and at ease.
