Is King vs Kazuya an Even Match?

King is able to punish Kazuya's punishable moves pretty handily in most cases. For example, he can punish f+3 with his b+1,2; he gets a hefty ws+4 from blocking the wheel kick, and can punch reversal the second hit of twin pistons. On that same token, Kazuya can punish King pretty hard too. Is the matchup even? Let me know in the comments section based on your King vs Kaz experiences!
