- This was such an amazing thing to get to do with my guild. Getting Grand Marshal and Scarab Lord in the same week has definitely been one hell of a grind and taken a lot out of me, but I'm glad I took the break and I'm back and ready to go! I'll be doing an AQ Special where I'll be talking all about AQ, the bosses, loot, etc. on Sunday, and then we'll be ACTUALLY banging the gong and getting Scarab Lord on Monday at 6:45 AM CST, I'll be live a couple hours before that and we're going to be following that up with the 10 hour war, AQ20, and AQ40 so it's gonna be a huge day. Also since it's the only day where I'll have the Grand Marshal title with the Scarab Lord mount, I'll probably run around the world and take some screenshots. I might go back to Stormwind or something during the 10 Hour War and take screenshots with people for a little bit too.

Lmao when Asmon came out of Dr Weevil's building, with red letters over his head, I thought he had gotten mind controlled; then Esfand turns around and everyone's names were red and it took me a moment to realize Esfand was the one mind controlled-- for a split second I thought the entire raid got mc'd somehow. That was a pretty epic unintentional plot twist.
that was kinda hilarious. Him beeing mindcontrolled increased his dmg by like 300%
Reminded me of Dragonball and Vegeta becoming Majin Vegeta by beeing "controled"

Being both Grand Marshal and Scarab Lord.... Somethings are worth throwing your life away for. To have the respect and love of your guild and friends to help you get both Grand Marshal and Scarab Lord takes years of respect and trust. Sure he is a popular streamer, but that takes a lot of work too. Congrats, Esfand.

Omg, I remember the farming fragments, killing Maws, the Eranikus event and that terrible fight in Duskwood. Such fond memories. GET IT ESFAND!
I helped my buddy finish this quest chain back in WOTLK before it was removed in the Cata prepatch and it was pretty epic. We got to cheat though - we could just run AQ40 for Brood rep (we still farmed about ~10k fragments just so we didn't have to wait another reset). Even doing some of this stuff at 80 was still hard with a 5 man party (mostly Erikanus and Twilight Corruptor). Of course he didn't get the title or the mount but he did get all of the other rewards. It was a pretty cool quest chain - prob took us around 30 hours total to complete mostly just with two of us (we grabbed a more people for the raid boss parts).
You can just complete it during AQ event.

@@konradbrochocki4923 most of these contents require a group to begin with no? Sure it's not "impressive" when you break it down that he is a popular streamer with easy to access help and funding. But hey it is what it is, no need to be butthurt.
Honestly, that's what I call a cool story bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an old USB drive reader and relay this cool story to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool story should look and sound like...not like the stories your generation tells.
And then they either sleep halfway through or ask to do something less boring

I remember when I helped my guild with 17:58. At the time I had a sound board and had the " THATS A HUGE BITCH!" one on standby for when he rised above the water. We wiped because everyone pissed themselves laughing

Hands down the best questline ever implemented in the game. Managed to do it at 80 before it was removed. To do this at 60 when no mobs etc were nerfed is unreal
