Wow, that rut swallowed your bike bike instantly! I love that red sand at that place, great finish Donnie! When I get back in town I’m gonna fetch a couple of shirts, leaving for the weekend.
I was never a fan of auto clutches, but I reluctantly installed one to get better Harescramble starts. It helps tremendously there so I don’t plan to go back. I do find myself running a gear higher sometimes and I think it helps me carry momentum better in ST. But, yes it has made me lazy with the clutch in some ways.
Great Video and congrats. What's the best tip for keeping up speed safely going down steeper hills especially when its wet? Also any links or places locally I can get a gopro mount for my helmet like you have? I have the chest mount and used it in the past but your view angle is much better.
Thanks! Look ahead to the bottom of the hill and as you get farther down keep looking farther ahead on the trail. Don’t fixate on your front tire. Check out this video I did on settings and mounts. ruclips.net/video/rupodoupbGk/видео.html
@@DirtBikingwithDonnie unfortunately Donnie I had a unforeseen event happen that prevented me from making the race. To say I was bummed out about it would be an under statement. All good things happen . But I will not miss another race . Riding the ridge this weekend to practice and I plan on racing the sera event coming up to get some practice before the next secca race! I watched your video and despite the mud it looked like a awesome event !!

Nice ride!

I'm gonna need a new shirt!! Fantastic video man!
I’ll bring it to round 2. What size?
Congratulations, I didn’t expect you to be on the podium this soon.
Thanks Mark!
Great stuff dude. Making me itch to go riding. Looked like a very challenging race. Deep ruts, slick mud and roots galore. Great riding!!
Thanks Randy, yeah it was a tough one. It helped me prepare for the one coming up this weekend.
@Dirt Biking with Donnie Good luck dude!! Go gettem. I will be cheering you on with prayer. 👍

Yeah, I was instantly stuck. 😂😂
Man to get third this quick after moving up is something to be proud of for sure.
Thanks David!
That's impressive this early into b class racing.
Thanks Tommy! I’ve got a SECCA race tomorrow and it’s going to be a stacked class. It will be interesting to see how well I can do there.
Congratulations on the podium!!
Them spills creep into your mind😖. Good job though with all them ruts.
Thanks Frog!
do you think the rekluse clutch inhibits you at all? or makes you lazy on the clutch?

Donnie, will you be at the SORCS race in chatsworth next week?
