43:18 I was playing Jinx vs Swain and got Deep Cuts and was surprised that the double spell damage actually works on it so he dealt 8 to himself instead of 4 every single round Also Yasuo is probably the only Ionia champ capable of beating this (personal experience)
I did it with a similarly levelled Lilia to you when the adventure first came out, but I also got a disgusting first power (Sharing is Caring) with an OK support champion (Karma, I used the free dragonlings from her 2-cost follower to share lifesteal across my board). I think, as much as it sucks, with 3 star champs, you kinda need to do the first fight to see what power+support champ combo you can get going. Swain was designed for 4-5 star champions, and most of us just don't have those so we gotta highroll. But yeah, with Lilia, you need one of the crazy powers for her (Sharing is Caring, Welcome Gifts, Sorcery, Stabilize, etc.) She's strong, but not 'free win' strong.
I honestly think buffing Lillia would be the best thing..for swain anyway. Clearing the city breakers in one summon to me seems way to important. But Echoing spirit is not a bad idea either, there not enough draw in the deck imo tho.
just try yasuo, its a free win with the right setup (GGC tempest blade and everfrost) you need just the 3 stars for him, you then just stun whatever they're playing until you get yasuo on board and he just clears everything on lvl up
2 guardian orb 1 blade and you gotta higroll into stabilize thats how i beat swain
@talhaylmaz3106 one of the runs I got stabilize and trifarian might, but lost too much on the way.

You need Echoing Spirits instead of Death’s Foil. ES, Blade, Orb to scale faster. Since of your deck is Lilia most of the items will go to her.
