That was really relaxing, as a beginner I could use a little more instruction on where I should be feeling some of the stretches but overall really nice flow. Would have liked to hold downward dog a little more to stretch out my lower back but it was really helpful for the tightness I'm experiencing in my glutes and shoulders. Thank you.
