Firstly I am so grateful that you made a video after ages it seems, I love the title of your book and its a reminder to read it again. Thanks& God bless for dispelling the myth of Jahiliya perpetrated by Islam. There were illustrious poets, & Writers notably Amr al Qays whose poetry found its way in Sura 54:1 , not forgetting that the supposed prophet of islam was enamoured with poetry and was sometimes referred to shahr majnoon.Keep going dear brother and keep up the good race...Ameen.

A team of French researchers published a book five years ago saying that the Arabian Peninsula, seventy years before Islam, was under Christian control after finding about a hundred Christian inscriptions in the Saudi desert bearing a cross and the name of the Christian king was Tuban.

Large parts of the Arabian Peninsula were probably Christian, certainly the northern areas were. Jews were mainly in the southern region near modern day Yemen, but I wont be surprised if they were in other areas too where Christians lived.

@@islamwhattheydonttellyou164 you forgot many Arabs were Jews in especially in Khabar, Tayma and Tabuk.

@@TingTong2568 I did say many Arab were Jews, I said they lived around Mecca, with a sizaeable community in Medina, and also Yemen. So that would have covered it, naming all the tribes and exactly where they lived was not the point of the video.

That Philip the Arab bust is fascinating. It looked ordinarily roman to me at first glance because of the design and coloring of a roman statue, but looking closer you can more clearly make out the arabic features. I can definitely see people that look like him amongst the Arabs today. Also, I watch your videos on and off and I have to say they really have improved since the early days. With decent volume levels and being a lot more concise. Great to see the growth!

My issue is, how might Islam liberate women before and after it? I remember reading a history of Muhammad that claimed he liberated Arabian women and improved their lives, which is plainly not the case today, as far as we can tell. Marrying slaves and owning them as wives is manifestly immoral and should not be allowed as a kind of emancipation.

I can't wait for the video's on women in Islam - women's liberation is possibly the most insane apologist claim of all..
