Skin is beautiful, but I don’t know about not washing the face just because there is no makeup. Clearly it works for her, but that gave me anxiety 😂😂😂

How to Apply Eye Cream correctly:
Steps: After moisturizing apply a pea-sized amount of cream to each eye make sure you don't slather on because last thing you want to do is exagerate the area, always use your ringfinger when applying since it has the ligtest touch and less likely to pull around the eye area, dabbing small dots under and around your eyes and along the brow bone. To avoid pulling the skin gently pat the cream from the inner corner to the outer corner until it's absorbed. Since eye cream can travel about an inch don't go too close to your lash line or it will get into your eyes and cause irritation and swelling. Whatever you do don't pull and stretch that delicate skin...tap gently!!!

Ify Ugbogu using your ring finger as it has the least pressure and pat in the cream instead of rubbing it

I’m 17. And every night and morning I cleanse my face with a brush. And use toner because I deal with hyperpigmentation, and then give my skin some hydration by using a hydrating serum. Then moisturise. Is that much?

Same I felt better overall drinking more water but my lips still became dry. Kind of bummed me out
i used to have that problem too but now i put the blue seal vaseline on every night on my lips before going to sleep and it’s helped a lot. works like magic

fyi... you can't "reverse" split ends. once they're burnt, it's over unless you cut your ends. you also can't "release the lymphatic system." however, you can trigger lymphatic drainage with massages.

Lily Brown not true. Genetics is a really huge factor that people don’t acknowledge. You actually don’t *need* to cleanse & use a ton of products to have great skin. Rinsing your face, using SPF, exercising, and eating healthy is good enough if you already have nice skin.

Okay if she doesn’t wear makeup she can skip the cleansing wash BUT she should splash her face with water and run through with a damp cotton pad. If she does uses sunscreen, she should swipe a cotton pad with micellar water to remove it and go through with water. After that she can swipe her face with a damp cotton pad with water or toner. Not using facial wash once in a while is fine, but it is important to keep clean with water and cotton pads. It’s good to take a break especially if your skin is too dry so you can let your skin repair it’s oil barrier. However, it’s more preferred to skip washing in the morning though because if you skip at night you’ve been outside the whole day versus being in your room the whole night.

I still would've preferred to SEE the simple cleansing routine. It would've also cut out a lot of outrage that I see in the comments. LOL. I, too, was perplexed. Her face looked clean, but the fact that she SKIPPED it. But, if you go back and listen, she states it's simple, so she doesn't feel it necessary to show. She also has a nice VOGUE beauty video.
Many people are so bothered by the fact that she doesn't wash her face. Is it that harmful not to wash your face at night? I shower around 6pm & go to sleep at 11pm without washing my face. Damn I've been doing this for 27 years. I do wipe my face with toner first before putting cream etc, but definitely not washing with face cleansing soap/gel as I am pretty lazy. If that is harmful I might start washing my face first from now on. :/
