In my opinion, social media definitely affects mental health, especially those who aren't disciplined enough to detach or separate a mirage from reality. Social media could distract a person from their goals by feeling insecure, attack one's physical views of themselves with the comparison to others. Let's not talk about it absorbing the time away from the many hands on experiences of life 🙌🏽 I'm happy and proud of folks on this platform, especially you. Your content is real, encouraging and positive 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks again. I really appreciate it! I was just saying too much is mos definitely a distraction! It's over if it get a hold on you. I'm looking more into it. This really was just a topic, but I'm seeing that it can really consume and damage an immature mind, even "adult" minds. Research on the way...
Social media has its pros and cons. I can't say that I hate it because what may upset me, may make another person happy or vice versa! Especially considering the last two years! As people, we've all been through a lot in one way or another. As Sameta stated, mental health issues are real involving social media! Especially children, adults as well. Well done on bringing this topic to the forefront. Geeah!
Thanks I really appreciate. It affects us all to a degree non the less... something we seen, heard, or our own content being rejected/removed by the platforms to not get consistent push/views. Hell sometimes they kick us off the platforms (quarantine). lol unjustly...
this was 🤌🏽✨ as a social media manager for 15 years, it’s definitely helpful AND dangerous. it’s part of an entire community: the internet, and it’s where we all “live” together. because of the BIGNESS of that, i keep on the side of motivating and supporting my black girls. that’s my tunnel vision to keep me sane and well. ❤
Wow! All facts. Yeah preciate you and we all should keep motivating... having that focus and balance is so crucial. Its easy to get lost and caught up. Just so many factors and reasons you know.
