In a tumultuous news week, we see God turning things around for good (Romans 8:28). Despite living in a fallen world and facing hatred and disrespect (John 15:18, 1 John 3:13), we must reframe our perspective with hope. The Paris Olympics 2024 Opening Ceremony, with its controversial depiction of "The Last Supper," sparked significant concern among Christians for perceived blasphemy. Our response should be rooted in love and truth, standing firm in faith and resisting sin (Galatians 6:7). As Christians, we are called to be a light in darkness, proclaiming Jesus' truth and love.
