"I *wet* the wicked with the fluid in the pen." It's a play on words. To "wet" the wicked means to extinguish the wicked as if they are actually fiery demons and "wet" being another way of saying to spray someone with a fully-automatic firearm. Either way, he's saying he's defeating the wicked through his art. I appreciate you posting the lyrics of a section that you yourself appreciated. I always like to see when someone values the same substance in art that I value too.
