About the North Point Mall:
The North Point Mall (previously known as The Vice Point Mall in 1984) is a shopping mall featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
The mall is located in Vice Point, Vice City, and is a two-story mall with a H-shaped floor plan, featuring a large atrium area bisected by a central pedestrian bridge, escalators, and a large number of businesses primarily based on the edges of the floor space. The exterior of the mall connects to a multistorey car park and six street-level entrances. Stores in the mall range from clothing, record stores and food courts, as well as an Ammu-Nation.
The mall appears to be based on the Aventura Mall in Aventura, Florida, featuring similar designs and aspects, including the now-demolished food courts.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a 2002 action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It is the fourth main entry in the Grand Theft Auto series, following 2001's Grand Theft Auto III, and the sixth instalment overall.
Set in 1986 within the fictional Vice City (based on Miami and Miami Beach), the single-player story follows mobster Tommy Vercetti's rise to power after being released from prison and becoming caught up in an ambushed drug deal. While seeking out those responsible, he slowly builds a criminal empire by seizing power from other criminal organisations in the city.
The game is played from a third-person perspective and its world is navigated on foot or by vehicle. The open world design lets the player freely roam Vice City, consisting of two main islands.
The game's plot is based on multiple real-world people and events in Miami such as Cubans, Haitians, and biker gangs, the 1980s crack epidemic, the Mafioso drug lords of Miami, and the dominance of glam metal. The game was also influenced by the films and television of the era, most notably Scarface and Miami Vice.

It is a bit sad, that most of the stores are only textures. I wish they where all accessible.
GTA VI will have a homage to this then will have an actual big mall with accessible stores, crowds, NPC random events, side quests, etc…
@@rgkong8783 I think it's a little too ambitious if all are accessible, it will just take up unnecessary space considering not every pc are built purely for gaming and some gaming can barely handle gta v and I don't think there will be side missions inside the mall, maybe missions taking place in the mall.
