In my all time Top 3. Your two nights of downtime resulted in decades of happiness for me. I've been waiting so long to say thank you to you guys - THANK YOU. Over the years, I played this and Slip Inside This House more than any other 12". I've danced my socks off to them, laid on the floor blissed out with headphones, got through 5 copies, and never stopped loving these tracks. Any time I saw a copy, I bought it. But due to life circumstances, I lost my entire vinyl collection along with my decks. I've tried and failed to buy an mp3. After years of pleading on Facebook, a friend finally managed to upload these to RUclips, for which I was so grateful, but they are pretty scratchy. Now I've got these nice clean copies to listen to. I can't tell you how happy you've made me. Thank you again. The only thing that would make me happier right now would be getting an mp3 xx
Thanks for the message! I will be putting the tracks on bandcamp soon - I've set that up for a recent album project so will add some old stuff as well. Meanwhile, you can email on starsiderecords@btinternet.com and I'll sort out mp3 files, Cheers, Pete
Awesome track, i am 58 now, i used to drive a taxi in the late eighties and had a good sound system in my car and played all the club stuff for my punters, They loved it, . where has the time gone, Thankyou for the cool sounds Pete ;)
@@quadlink Ha ha, yes 'me' is Pete, I made the tracks along with Ross and John... many thanks for comment, yes a long time ago now. I always liked it when good sounds continued in taxi from clubs!
Any way to get a digital copy of this(bandcamp?) i’m the proud owner of the original release since way back and would love it for my digital collection. Otherwise vinyl rip it is. Thx for the music!
@@mostillusions Thanks! I've just set up a bandcamp account for a current project, once that's finished and on there I'll load these and some other archive tracks too. May take a month or so but I'll let you know on here.
@@petecoyne oh perfect - i played So This Is Earth last sunday (from my vinyl rip) and it still sounds fresh! - looking forward to the bandcamp, do you have a link already? Thx so much.
