    An habanero (or other hot pepper) is great with them, as black eyed peas have a gritty taste. Hot pepper reduces that grittiness when eaten together.

    I have eaten black-eyed peas all .hide and reallyove the. Every summer,9 buy a bushel of them, then I shell and can them. A lot of work, but much better than the cans t the store or the dried ones😋
