Fall Line Fest Returns to Richmond

Fall Line Fest celebrated its second year in the Downtown Arts District of Richmond on Sept. 5th and 6th. The Horn RVA speaks to organizers, performers and attendees to see how Fall Line Fest balances nationally-known headliners and support for local venues, galleries and arts communities.
