Hi im having som problems with my earbuds, my case is permantly green, and when is conected i can see the red light in de background but de green light doesn´t dissapear, also my buds doesnt turn on anymore, ill be gratefull if someon can help me
When i use this earbuds and call my family they said they receive disturb sound ,i call them and i stop to talk to them still they said there is bad sound , its it need to return

Holds for 5 seconds to turn off. Then 2 seconds to turn on. And it works.

i buy a new i tried to connect but it doesnt show any bt name to pair on my mobile
It should show as HT38 on the Bluetooth device list
Even i have button for 10 sec but not reset green light is on not going off
