Hi Sean, great episode! I didn’t know that a SOHO or SOVO doesn’t take up the quota for 2 slots of 90%. In our CCRIS, are the bankers able to tell the loan is for commercial title property? Coz my first property was commercial suites, and when I was going for my 3rd property, I could only quality for 70% margin. The bankers might have missed that out. ;(
Well at least there is no introduction of inheritance tax, plus the minimal transfer fee to family members… I think it’s good. Let me read up a bit more on it first yea:)

It depends on the banks as well, some bank offers 70% on 3rd property regardless.
SoHo is considered under residential quota. Only SoVo, SoFo and other office suites are not taking up 90% slots. So your banker is correct;)
Invest property remotely without see by its own is a high risk thing, unless know someone reliable enough then is different case.
