Flanders most definitely wins the Gold Coast best and fairest, he has been probably the most consistent player in the entire league this season..hasn't played a bad game!
I would say statistically he hasn’t really had a bad game but he has played games where he’s had plenty of the ball and had utterly no impact and just be chipping the ball around doing nothing, he’s been good during some games this season but to me has rarely been a true standout

What’s all this hype about Battle all of a sudden? I get he’s Free agent and they gotta talk him up but he’s not better than Wilkie. Wilkie is better than Battle in everything except disposals and metres gained.

Just means they're playing as a team well not relying on 1 star. Butters woukd be up there but I can name 6 better mids this year easily. Noone else has had a standout year. Maaaybe JHF as chf
Let's be real, some players picked just have high disposals and not damaging or game changing. JHF in my honest opinion deserves to be mentioned and close to, if not selected. Easily over Merritt. Same as Butters. 3 platers from Port that SHOULD be there are Houston, Butters and JHF. It's absolutely messed up Victorian garbage otherwise. Same as the under 22 popularity contest 🤦 JHF on wing when SHOULD of been immediately in the guts with Reid and Daicos. Not Sheezel.

@pierrep2137 I watch around 4-5 games a week when I can. Can't say I go out of my way to watch the saints ahah their play style bores me
Free agent means no need to trade which is massive. Makes a player way more attractive to bring to the club.
