FFXIV Dawntrail Job Changes in the Wrong Direction...?

Yoshi-P released a statement discussing job changes due to Dawntrail's release, some of which makes sense and others.... certainly not. Especially that of Viper, and the tank changes seem... strange? Or more a product of overall skill? Who knows. WE DISCUSS IT ALL HERE.
