Hurricane Milton: Race against time to evacuate residents

It's a race against the clock to get people evacuated in areas of storm-warned Florida, and with the second hurricane hitting in two weeks, many areas along the coast were still picking up the pieces when they were told to leave again. FOX's Kimberly Kuizon has more from Anna Maria Island.
