а почему россия спрашивает разрешения разве мы не построили половину мкс нам там целый блок выделен, а остальные в другом

Yes but technically the USSR was the greatest contributor to ISS, but you know the US hegemony after Cold War is something to consider :)

Yee America best in universe! Long life International Space Station!
Maybe you should know more about CASC and Zhurong rover, Chang'e series lunar exploration project. Indeed we are not the best, but we are not the worst.

@@HuaxiaCCball well, as Russia will no longer provide support to ISS project, probably disconnecting it's wing, meaning ISS will need a Control and Propulsion module without Zvezda service module. also, minus 2 sleeping spaces out of current 6. Also, docking module is russian as well. More so, NEM-1, the planned first and central module of ROSS was originally planned for ISS, meaning it's compatible with other russian modules, but that's only in case if we want to skip some steps(we are not planning on using them, as the plan for ROSS is that every module is easily replacable). And without russian support, ISS will become completely unusable by 2030.(so yeah, ISS is essentially a dead man walking).
Also, new and improved Orel to replace Soyuz and a heavier version of Angara, both required for building of ROSS. First segment will be done by 2026(NEM-1 launched in 2025) if there won't be any troubles. NEM-1 needs some redesigns to fit the new role so it won't be launched for a few years. there will be 7 modules in ROSS by 2035 according to plans. And unlike ISS, Roscosmos can invite whoever it wants to invite, no USA getting involved and paranoid. And oh, potentially less money to sustain ROSS than ISS.
Chinese-Russian Moon landing program also shows a lot of promise.
