21:13 its running way to lean, carb tuning is needed for better longevity and performance

Amigo deberías que probar más marcas en bws 100 si son igual de buenas que malossi o no dan el mismo desempeño saludos desde México 🇲🇽

That’s a good idea! Which parts should we try? We are limited in brands due to it being a 100 but let us know!

Hello, my friend, despite the value of the spare parts that I used. Nothing changed the speed of 80 meters per hour!!

That’s true but we didn’t add any parts to gain horsepower. We did however gain 3 seconds on acceleration which is a big increase!

@urban_riders Why this kept Rollers 11GR and did not use light

Hello, I have an after market exhaust on my bws 100 and a bigger carb, and I have a question. Which Delta clutch would be better, the 107 or the 112? It seems that malossi doesn't have a 112 bell house, but they do have a 107 one.

The 107 and 112 clutch should perform the same. The only benefit to running the 107 is that you can get a bell which could increase performance by being lighter and by being cooled better.

Hey it's me again! I wanted to ask you guys what can I do to make a stock aprilia sr50 euro4 faster? It's only got a gianelli reverse on it, and im thinking whether i should start changing stuff like the variator, belt etc.. to polini or malossi???? I want it to get better acceleration

You should definitely upgrade your variator. You will be surprised how much of a difference it can make. Both Malossi and Polini are god and it’s up to you which you want to go with.

No hate broo but every bws is the same, you only put malossi parts everywhere and at the end the scooter only runs like 10kmh faster + you spend an enormus amount of money.

There aren’t many alternatives for the Bws 100 which generally steer us towards Malossi. Most of these builds are clients anyway but if there are brands you’d like to see let us know!
As for the performance, I think it all depends on what your goals are. We always recommend starting with your cvt as it’s where you lose the most power. In this video we didn’t add anymore power but rather corrected the gearing which increased acceleration. If you want to increase top speed, you should increase horsepower with an exhaust, carb and barrel.

They not topspeed scooters, same as the Kymco Top Boy 100cc, I guess it must bee gearing.

That is true, we didn’t gain much top speed with the drive upgrade but once you add more power from a bigger bore or a carb you will be able to get some more speed. You can then also put in the final drive which definitely affects your top speed.
This upgrade focussed on acceleration which is all you really need on a scoot 🛵💨
