I'm a massive city fan, and it's never been this bad; in the past, when we've been bad at this stage, we lost to a late deflection to arsenal away, we lost away to wolves by a goal who had 2 goals and 1 shot on target, and had a leaky defence vs chelsea and spurs but still scored 4 and 3 goals respectively... at the moment, it's not just sloppy and lacklustre, we're also just getting battered. Gotta pick ourselves up, make top 4, go for the ucl and fa cup, then go again next year
Can Guardiola rebuild a squad? He has got around halfway through revitalising the team from 2017 but replacing David Silva, KDB and Kyle Walker will be tough
Pep has an incentive to sacrifice this season: "You know, if I sacrifice this season and leave in May, Liverpool and United will be on 20 titles each. Then if City get relegated, that makes Liverpool favourites for the next ten seasons." I can't help but think he's doing this on purpose.
Whats not mentioned is how spurs have started and kept City winless. The truth is more than 1 player missing from City. Spurs had two starting CB's out, still spanking them.
No it wouldn’t be one of their best, their best ones were 17/18, 18/19, 21/22. It would be a decent recovery but then again we are only 12 games in out of 38, so plenty of time to recover…
@ it’ll be like 19/20 city injuries Liverpool dominating, I think though Liverpool will be more of a bigger proposition then ever, as long as they can find a van dijk replacement in the future
Pep is a good manger no doubt but this run in particular shows why Ferguson was a superior manager. United had many periods where their MVPs were injured but fergie made average players step up and play like world class players.. I distinctly remember a cup game against arsenal where we we had a massively weakened side and comfortably beat them..
I don't get how people have belief in Pep turning this around. Since the Fulham game they have been awful and he has regused to adapt. If he continues to prioritise control over physicality when they can't realistically control games like they used to without Rodri, they have no chance
They’ll be 8 points behind if Liverpool win tomorrow, if Man City could somehow win next week against Liverpool (unlikely) then it’s really not as definitive as people are making it out to be, they’ll be right back in the race.
Ederson well past his best definitely isn't one of the top keepers right now, Kyle Walker looking old now, John Stones, Akanji and Ake ain't great, Gvardiol playing LB consistently is insane giving all the mistakes he makes, obviously Rodri a huge miss, Kovacic can't play CDM and neither can Gundogun, De Bruyne injured constantly, Foden out of form, Julian Alvarez huge miss nobody else chipping in with goals, Doku and Savinho replacing the likes of Mahrez and Sterling is crazy 😂 Doku and Savinho hardly get any assists never mind goals, 1 billion investment needed
Again, attributing City's crisis to the absence of Rodri makes the team overrated even with what he has done for the club! It makes them a one man team and that is just sad!
@sfb4144 I'm saying, if that's the case that Rodri is the problem, then City are overrated. But for me personally, I don't think it's Rodri. I think the team is aging away and all good things must come to an end. Eventually, Pep is going to realise and accept that, he needs rebuilding. This is not about one player! You cannot, as a world class team defend on just one player! This is bigger than one player!
It could be the last game of the season, Liverpool 15 points clear and Mica and his cronies will still be talking about how City can still win the title. Sky is an embarrassment
The age excuse is poor and you can’t rely on one player whoever that is the fact is they’ve got to comfortable dropped their high standards and are getting exposed and punished that can happen to any team that drops their level and underestimates the opposition!
The difference is the drive. Tottenham overrun Man City. To win Man City, teams need to take advantage of the opportunities and fight in every duel to make them uncomfortable. The reality is that the gap is thinner and closer now, so teams want to play Man City face-to-face. This is the issue when you are the Best for so long, everyone studies and models their games after yours.
They’ll be 8 points behind if Liverpool win tomorrow, they’re still second, if they somehow pull off a miraculous win next week against Liverpool it’s not as bad as people are making out, I doubt they will beat Liverpool though.
Agreed. Legs don’t take long to go in a footballer. Nobody knows how Rodri’s injury will affect him either? He might not be the same player. He might have the brain still, but an injury like that, can make a special player, a normal player.
@alfonsobonzo3782 I'm a stoke fan. 10 years in the Premier league last 3 seasons we were there we had player's one step away from retirement 😂 and we kept playing them. 2018 to now it's been bad one huge rebuild treading water. But it's like Chelsea had that generation then. Now they have a very young team. They could be something again in the next few years.

If City bought Rodri in 2019 why are they only going back to Feb of 2023??? Is that only to increase the stats??? Why don’t they check all the games since he started playing with City???
They are still the team that will lift the trophy at the end of the season,we've seen them come back strong numerous times than to believe otherwise. Not a City fan
Clearly not a city fan. There was no need to disclose. We are inside city. We know there are problems. We know there won't be a title
No... not from 8 points behind at jus 12 weeks... not to mention, it will be a miracle of they don't get pasted at Anfield and go down 11 points. Please give up the Shitty ass licking.
Gotta pick ourselves up, make top 4, go for the ucl and fa cup, then go again next year
Liverpool aint losing a game buddy
Loosing Rodri, KDB and Coote is hard 🎉
The contrast of how they criticize city and united is crazy. Losing 5 in a row is crazy. There’s no positives about it. So annoying lol
Can Guardiola rebuild a squad? He has got around halfway through revitalising the team from 2017 but replacing David Silva, KDB and Kyle Walker will be tough
We will talk in May
City still 2nd... Crazy even after 5 defeats in a row this season
Well they weren’t all in the league
@@Richo88theyre only 1 point clear of arsenal and chelsea and play liverpool next week at anfield😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 they could be 4th
City isn't written off on history but on current form. Saying they shouldn't be written off is actually saying the EPL isn't competitive enough.
Age Age Age
Bull$hit
Mo Salah still smashing it at 32
They are missing Rodri..... 😂😂😂
Yep. And a lot of other players, plus the players are so drained mentally lol. Nothing to do with age
Yeah , but the problem with the teams in the prem is you don’t know which matches to win , when to win and basically how to win 😂
Rodri FC😂😂😂
Watching these guys putting on these studio performances has become stomach turning.
No it wouldn’t be one of their best, their best ones were 17/18, 18/19, 21/22. It would be a decent recovery but then again we are only 12 games in out of 38, so plenty of time to recover…
Not with the rate liverpool are going at, and with all the injuries + 5th consecutive title potentially
@ it’ll be like 19/20 city injuries Liverpool dominating, I think though Liverpool will be more of a bigger proposition then ever, as long as they can find a van dijk replacement in the future
Arne says No to Man City's chance because he will beat them next Sunday 😎
Probably lol. I'll take a 1-0 loss atp😂
United loses their entire back line: injuries are not a valid excuse
City loses Rodri: we can’t blame Pep
over 115 charges of CHEATING and one player out causes them to fold??????????
Relax man. The 115 charges thing is getting boring. For f sake it was before pep joined city. That's almost 10 years ago.
Rodri made players like Walker dias stones Gvardiol world class
We miss you Rodri💙💙💙💙
Pro we need to play and win without rodri
Pep is a good manger no doubt but this run in particular shows why Ferguson was a superior manager. United had many periods where their MVPs were injured but fergie made average players step up and play like world class players.. I distinctly remember a cup game against arsenal where we we had a massively weakened side and comfortably beat them..
Pep and these players deserve criticism for how poor they have been. It's bigger than just losing Rodri and this point.
Is Micha dping sign language with his commentary?
I love how everyone is talking about the 5 losses of Manchester city, but noone is mentioning how two of them came from spurs
Did Spurs play?
I don't get how people have belief in Pep turning this around. Since the Fulham game they have been awful and he has regused to adapt. If he continues to prioritise control over physicality when they can't realistically control games like they used to without Rodri, they have no chance
Get rid of these pointless “pundits”
Forget the title for now
Yeah, it's done. Lets focus on the ucl and fa cup lol
Big time. No title this season. Simple as that
Yeah the title is done next week
Not over yet. I’m not buying these mind games.
They’ll be 8 points behind if Liverpool win tomorrow, if Man City could somehow win next week against Liverpool (unlikely) then it’s really not as definitive as people are making it out to be, they’ll be right back in the race.
Well well... we the underdogs are back here to laugh at Man City😅😂😂
What's happened to carragher, Keane and Neville on these big games? How come we're getting so much redknapp
There is nothing best than winning the PL 4 IN A ROW. you guys should stop putting more pressure on Pep & Man City
Damn Sky.. how much are you paying these Indian internet farms to spam bot comments? Are your social media numbers THAT bad??
Again, attributing City's crisis to the absence of Rodri makes the team overrated even with what he has done for the club! It makes them a one man team and that is just sad!
Are you saying rodri isn't the sole problem?
@sfb4144 I'm saying, if that's the case that Rodri is the problem, then City are overrated. But for me personally, I don't think it's Rodri. I think the team is aging away and all good things must come to an end. Eventually, Pep is going to realise and accept that, he needs rebuilding. This is not about one player! You cannot, as a world class team defend on just one player! This is bigger than one player!
@@TrueInspiration159 i agree. It's all the injuries put together, plus motivation issues as our own success has defeated us basically
He will probably still win the league
Regardless of the form we are currently in due to the extreme number of injuries
Micah looking like a beast
The only team who stays at top 2 despite losing 3/4 games in arow.. massive respect for man city
Finally, returning where they were historically. History repeats itself.
It could be the last game of the season, Liverpool 15 points clear and Mica and his cronies will still be talking about how City can still win the title. Sky is an embarrassment
Big Meeks loving that juice 😝
I think they have players now who are ageing catches up to everyone especially footballers. I think it's showing now!
The man who got over 100 points, but this mediocre season would be "one of his best." Give it a rest lads
LFC missing Alisson, Jota & Elliot is barely mentioned by the media. Injuries happen in football, you have to adjust.... .
Ppl This is Y he won the ballon dor. Real Madrid would have no effect without Vini J in there team.
Holy cope
Actually city were still winning without Rodri cuz Rodri wasn't playing since the start of the season. You are just trying to avoid pointing out Pep weakness
Now y'all will know the difference between Manchester City and Real Madrid
Tf does that mean? Are madrid gonna win the title? Moron😂
Real Madrid this season have been just as bad if not worse than man city
@@Awaab-1 They not only have a midfield problem after Toni Kroos' retirement. Their defences were also abysmal due to the injuries for Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, and Eder Militao, all having ACL ruptures. Also, Kylian Mbappe sucks.
As a Liverpool not take anything for granted, we lose tomorrow and next week Man City will only be 2 points behind.
For it to be a crisis Liverpool need to win the next 2 games.
If Liverpool lose against Southampton (unlikely) and city beat Liverpool next weekend then there will be 2 points gap. Hardly that big a deal. Almost every team would swap their league position with City's right now
Surely it just means the other teams are so poor they can’t take advantage of City’s mishaps if City go on to win this league. It just means the teams going for the title haven’t been ruthless enough
