- It's the comedy team of Sal and Richard. Although they're known for their prank phony phone calls, check out the culinary skills of Sal Governale as he cooks beef sliders using nothing but a toaster oven. He's assisted by his pal and fellow phony phone call prankster, Richard Christy.
Sal teaches you how to turn ordinary ground beef into amazing sliders. It's an easy meal that Richard Christy pairs with a craft beer. It's the exact kind of beer advice you need. Food, hamburgers, beer, a recipe, and cooking with Sal. What could be better?

How is it I just learned about these videos today when I am a diehard daily listener??? LOVE THEM! You guys are the BEST!! Sal, what kind of toaster oven is that? I want to buy one. Richard, so glad we finally have a REAL beer drinker on the show! Huge IPA fan!
The toaster oven has changed in each of the two episodes. But in both cases we're using one that has a convection oven mode.
Big Meals, Small Places with Sal Governale Does it need to have a convection oven mode to do this or can it just be a typical toaster oven?
4:13 its funny when richard takes a sip with food still in his mouth: he almost looked classy for a second. and he talks with food in his mouth haha
Love it. Had my wife and I cracking up. Please keep these coming. Would love to see more episodes.
Every Monday we will put out a new recipe and on Thursday's we will do a "Q&A with Sal".
I love this Sal! Your cooking show is awesome. The food is great and the stuff I make turns out healthy with some tweaks you don't do. Keep these episodes coming homey, they are great!

Made this again tonight. So great. When is the next episode guys?
This is SO cool! Just discovered your channel by accident. I'm ready for the second helping!
Those look great! Can't wait to try the recipe out. And unlike what most restaurants call "sliders" now a days, these actually are sliders, not just some small dry turd of a burger.
Surprisingly good, guys. Sal, you might have a new career as a TV host. I have to try this recipe out. Keep them coming!
I see two geniuses at work.

If you have a very small space that you cook in and would like to appear on this show, let us know. Give us a short description of your kitchen and its location (home, dorm, boat, at work, etc.) Also let us know any other interesting information you can tell us about your kitchen/cooking situation.
Tommy The Limo Driver approves. Great idea.
Right now I have a bigger oven and it's not hard to cook in my kitchen, but I did live in a basement apartment that only had a toaster oven. I also bought a single electric burner from wal mart for like 20 bucks, I used to make shrimp scampi, any pasta dish on the burner but the toaster oven I used to make a london broil, eggplant parmesean,I even made little homemade personal pizzas. Basically anything that you could roast or bake. So basically if you have a single burner, toaster oven, you can cook anything! Also a crock pot doesn't take any space at all and that was a big help, and I cooked anything and everything for up to 6+ people with the little equiptment that I had. This is one of the reason why I love this show because I know how it is to cook with pretty much next to nothin
Sal fuck off
sctt1994 Howard is a creative innovator/genius. I doubt he cares. How would Einstein react to a student of his getting a job as a substitute science teacher at an elementary school? To beneath him to even notice/care.
bigblue62220 ***Too... beneath him
That looks really good...nice recipe for summer
great series you guys have!!
Thanks Jeff
Love it! More videos guys!!
We have more coming very, very soon.

Richard tells Sal about drinking etiquette, but drinks beer from a wine glass. Awesome recipe btw.

You want to see my mom? Okay. That's a good idea. I think I'll put her in an episode. Thanks for the suggestion.
I know how cheesy and disingenuous this is going to sound, but cutting the tips off of hot dog buns sounds like such a good idea that I feel like a moron for not thinking of before! Thanks Sal!
+mersi2140 Also Richard is adorable lol
Richard is coniseur of beer lol... Richard feels high class when talking about the beer and how it pairs with food..
Looks like white castle burgers, thanks I'm going try this. What is the model of the toaster over your using?

Awesome! So this is where it all started. Very simple yet delicious. This stoner cook approves =) Lagunitas makes some great brews and IPAs are my favorite. I've got my first 5 gallon batch brewing now and can't wait to try it. Southern Tier is another great beer company. Look forward to the new videos in January. Cheers and I hope you guys have a happy New Year
Burnt Brian Thanks Brian!
Sal you cross contaminated everything in that kitchen. You didn’t wash your hands after handling raw hamburger. You touched everything. Nothing like a little E. coli after a good meal. 😂
omg i just learn a lot watching your video ,i using a toaster oven and didnt know you could used tin foil to line the pan that showed me good cause i can cook more things then ruining the little pan ,but them little burger things look great i going to try that one i no am a lover of animals trying to go vegen but i love burgers hard to but love this one video great help

Christian Castillo We're looking to do an episode for people living in dorms, but Rutgers is a little too far for us. Great school though.

Sal, this is an awesome show. Keep it up.
Made them for Super Bowl.

Hardest part was chopping the onion.
