You can also try starting in safe mode with networking Or safe mode with command prompt. To get into that shut down the computer and press F7 and F8 every second while shutting down and while booting. Then type in explorer in command prompt. You can also press windows key + R then type cmd OR windows key + x AND windows key + L to logoff (for shut down menu) for restarting or logging into another account.
Wow after uploading this video I check out of curiosity I clicked on the two top video's 1.6 million views and 800k views how to fix this problem on RUclips …. both pushing 5 minutes or more... nobody talking, just music and idiotic solutions such as REGEDIT, safe mode boot from windows desktop, event viewer. Man are these guys stupid. If somebody has this problem they will not be able to use their desktop in the first place. absolutely useless videos.
