Bro my cd cover lost and I have cd with only product p/n no. This cd was came with my pc. And now if iam installing it shows some file corrupted, So, I downloaded an iso file from Microsoft official and trying to install with it but it is asking for the key. nope when you sign in with Microsoft account in your newly bought laptop you are automatically assigned a key by microsoft which attached with your Microsoft account. Next time just format your laptop and log into Windows with Microsoft account and you get your windows genuinely activated

Nope, that's OEM key. If you buy a retail key directly from Microsoft and activate, it will have a random 3-character ending and not OEM. There is a difference between Retail keys and OEM keys.

you can just factory set or reset your laptop to get the orignal windows believe me it works but your all files will be removed
