I don't believe they actually can bring it back...I believe the speedway has been closed...
@@shawnbarczak1766 It was finally repopened in 2023 for a motocross event. NASCAR says they still plan on using the track in the future so who knows. They did sell a section of land north east of the track that was used for parking, but they have removed 7.5k seats since its opened.

They may be able to use it for motocross but...other aspects seem to be no longer...watch what he has to say and reply back...
The last IndyCar race at Chicagoland Speedway. They really should race on the street circuit in Chicago.

The ongoing Indycar identity crisis. Posting old IRL era pack races knowing that style of racing isn’t coming back (nor should it).
There is no direction with the series right now… Penske clamors about more ovals, Miles talks about more street races, an exhibition on a country club track is being hyped up.
I don't see how uploading archive races means a lack of direction in the series
