I did have an idea what would be featured in your Part 1: Historic Tarot (top 10) however, I was floored that you featured a 1909 RWS 😱 and then you could have knocked me down with a feather when you showcased THOTH! BUT I guess they're now historic. I do have to say though - the THOTH artwork was so ahead of its time and I absolutely adore it. We already know - from my short YT's which would feature 😂 but when the timing is right - I will try and do a VR to this... Ps. I already know of one that will feature in the next presentation (lol) 👻💋

Great choices Mascha! It's so difficult to narrow down our favorites, but I think it's a good discipline to force ourselves to recognize why we love certain decks. Thank you for the mention while referencing the Hes deck. They had faces! Such great faces and postures and what a creamy, buttery shuffling sound. So seductive!
Yes, quite a few of us are fortunate to have substantial deck collections we find card to narrow down, because we love our decks so much. But once in a while (e.g. annually), I enjoy and find useful reflecting on the most essential decks I love and reach for. I unearthed a Greenie deck I bought about 50 years ago that I've dragged around with me for some reason (though I never really used it) but it's missing about 5 cards...ugh! I'd love to visit, though I remember my trip from San Francisco to Aus was just fine, but the flight back had me wanting to jump ship! loved this video, thank you so much! i am glad lo scarabeo is releasing a lot of mini decks, for example this year the Classic/Soprafino and the Sola Busca will come out, (plus they also have a mini Visconti Sforza if i am not wrong). I am also happy for my tin decks too, like the RWS, the Morgan-Greer and the Aquarian... if I were to move away for one year, I would pack those for sure! I will consider my top favorite decks and come back to you, as this video is food for thought for sure ❤
