Pro tip - Dry a load of towels for about 20-35 minutes before performing this procedure. It makes the lint clump together and keeps the dust to a minimum. In the US this tool to clean your dryer vent can be purchased at Loews or Home Depot and the task can be performed with a hand drill. Inset then tool from the lowest point which is behind the dryer. Don't start from the roof of the house.

There not outside from the wall apparently it's the new dust installation in houses .I don't think in live oak , texas the inspectors for kB Holmes did there job !!

I use to disconnect the vent from the dryer & use my leaf blower to clean. Works great
