I have my wiring correct and your guide showed me me what I was missing (thank you very much btw) to switch control to my wall thermostat. I am now having an issue when I try to run it I get an LE error. Do you happen to know any way to fix this issue? I yried different dip switch setting and quadruple checked the wiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I connected my Seasons Ptac to my GE wall thermostat similar to what you have. Everything works, but when I place the thermostat on Cool/Auto, the thermostat goes blank. When I place it Off, the thermostat resets and shows the room temperature. What could be wrong?
If you want to give the ptac back control go back into the menu and switch the 31 back to 30. Turn off S3 dip switch. This should give your unit back control.
I can't believe how unintuitive this whole process is. Every other brand it's one setting. Throw in a completely mind boggling manual and you have people searching RUclips for answers.

How can you deactivate the honeywell thermostat please?
