  • MixSIAR is an incredibly powerful package capable of analyzing multiple mixing models, identifying variation in consumer resource use among discrete systems and incorporating covariates in the analysis. In this demonstration I highlight some oft he basic functional steps, a more complete guide is available in Brian Stock's excellent manual - search.r-projec...

@@craigfisher5192 I read somewhere on GitHub that i was analyzing too many sources. More than 6 sources was throwing the model off. I ended up bailing on the package & switching to SIBER to do pairwise niche comparisons to make my thesis deadline.

    Dear Brian,
Is there a specific reason this tutorial was unlisted? Just wondering as I have to analyse some similar data with this technique soon.
    Many thanks

Hi Tom, its part of a wider set of tutorials available here, sites.google.com/view/brianhayden/teaching/analyzing-stable-isotope-data?authuser=0 hopefully useful

    Hey Brian,
appreciate the video series. Is there any chance you could upload some snaps of the csv file format across source, mixture, and TEF files? The mixSIAR User manual has some screenshots in it, but they haven't been that helpful. I often get a duplicate row name data error & there is little guidance on how to fix this issue.

okay, i've got that sorted out. New error is figure margins too big for plot window. Have you any experience with this error?
