Lewis Hall and his family are lifelong Newcastle supporters. He wanted the transfer so Chelsea allowed it. No regrets. Wish him the best in his career.
I think although Lewis Hall had a slow start for us in his first season we are reaping the benefits now. Fitness level was probably one factor as when he used to play two or three games he would start blowing and cramping up. He isn’t doing that now , his performances are consistent and defensively he is getting much more aware of his surroundings and game situations. Hopefully a full England call up isn’t too far away for him
He is still raw and developing but you can see a potential for him to be top, and progress. Great display from him today. He will have a few off days but overall looks top.

There’s an energy in the ground which is electric - you can physically feel it in your chest it’s like some kind of electric force. It definitely has an impact on visiting players. The two Newcastle young English full backs have a super bright future at club and international level.

He is very good on the opta-stats as he plays a LOT of close distance one-twos and short passes but I would like to see a bit more retention, spreading & creativity in the mix (which he did show signs of against Chelsea tbf).
