@@paljorlha1 How so? A lot of base vocabulary is same for most kinds of Tibetan and the written script is the same. If you learn Chinese you have to learn tones, script and everything from scratch. If a person already speak and read Tibetan with good fluency then it going to be easier. Those you say even ཨ་ཚ and ཨ་ར in foreign language are bound to find learning it difficult since they lack fluency in the dialect they grew up speaking and have to use foreign words for most adjectives and verbs.
