I'm a recently retired Infantry NCO and its music like this that tickles my warrior gene to go full postal, lol. Video games and real environments are similar in one aspect but not the other 4. And it's those other 4 that'll give you nightmares because it requires very hard decisions. I see young people today thinking a revolution here is a good idea, that opinion will only last for 72 hours until they watch their buddy's head vaporized from a .308 fired a kilometer away.

I never thought I'd see my two favorite things - StarCraft II and NewRetroWave - form together in a sick music video.
This level, the way this guy is playing it, and the song perfectly capture how quick, fast paced, and frantic the original DooM games are. Fuck I love DooM.

The Doom visuals stimulate resurfacing of memories of great times. I can only imagine the methods and hardware that the creators of that game were using to create their fantastic realm during that time period. Genius.

I remember when I was little, I used to watch my older brother play Starcraft 2 all the time. And when he beat the last mission of Wing of Liberty, we both watch the final scene and when I was saw Jim kill Tychus I was mind blown, by how the game ended. That pic definitely brought back some old memories of my early Starcraft days.

This is the first time I was able to actually watch the entire video as well and see that it's all one life (a speedrun??), which makes its pairing with the song and some of its visuals timed with the audio that much cooler. Spooky intro too with Godzilla, I was just recently talking with some people how bad a poster of him freaked me out as a kid... lol...
