Eufy robovac failure - won't charge red light won't work - how to replace the battery

This 1 year old unit already needs a new battery or it's won't work

Thanks for the video as I did not see the little clip joining the connectors, my C15 is showing a solid red light I tried removing the battery and leaving for it for 5 minuets but still no luck so will order a new battery,
