Only Subedar Majors who awarded Honorary lieutenant are affected, because Subedar Majors serves upto 34 years. So this is injustice for Subedar Major honorary lieutenant only. The terms of engagement 30 years is only for Subedar Honorary whose TOE is 30 years.

Sir the terms of engagement given in Appendix X of circular No 555 of PCDA in column - Honorary lieutenant is 30 years which is applicable for Subedar Honorary lieutenant, because maximum service of Subedar is 30 years. The terms of engagement of Subedar Major honorary lieutenant is 34 years because who award honorary lieutenant from Subedar Major Subedar Major Rank. So the terms of engagement of Honorary lieutenant shown 30 years affecting to Subedar Major honorary lieutenant only. In case of Subedar Honorary lieutenant appendix X is correct. But not correct in case of Subedar Major honorary lieutenant who serves upto 34 years.

I m Sub Major Hony Lt Narendra psl singh, served in Army for 33 yrears 7 months and retired wef 01 Mar 2012.Now as per revision of OROP 3 table 7 we are getting my basic pension b41200 while Hony flg officer which is my equivalent rank will draw pension 46200 and my junior rank Sub Maj will draw more pension 46300 as per table 8.Hence this is unfair and visible discrimination with Hony Lt of Army served more then 33 years. Please take up this case for reconsideration.

Sir, The Sub Maj & Hony Lt maximum service is not 30 years. They served 32 years and more, Now OROP3 table No 7 shown another amount for 32 years, why SPARSH TEAM not ready to give pension as per table No7 it is very injustice with JCOs who granted Sub Maj & Hony Lt and did 32 years and more service who will rectify the big ibservation..
