Battlefront 3 was not "fully scrapped" the finished parts were released as elite squadron. The nintendo version was mostly faithful to the story while the psp version was mostly faithful to the gameplay.

Yeah, I am aware as I played the builds and the psp version - but since it was never release; therefor scrapped.
