- There are several new attractions at Myrtle Beach, SC that are now open off Ocean Boulevard near the boardwalk in June of 2023! We take you inside to see the new Ripley's Crazy Golf miniature golf (putt-putt), Ripley's Illusion Lab, Ripley's Mirror Maze (newly expanded), and we show the Ripley's Haunted Adventure entrance and talk about it's retheming into a 1928 murder mystery! I’m interested in all of it! If I had to choose, I would say the putt putt is the one I’m most interested in. I can’t wait to see your video of the haunted adventure part.

I was surprised to enjoy Ripley’s. Red Dragon was also a surprise. We all had a great time. There were multiple ways to play the holes and rather than walking up and instantly knowing what to do you had to pause, look around and think about strategy. The entire property had a touch of class which we all appreciated. Certainly not the norm for an adventure golf course. Myrtle Beach keeps getting better and better every year!

Yes, we purposely got there when they opened assuming it would be slow going once it was crowded. Now that I see how difficult it is, I think it could get really backed up. It was a lot of fun though!
Thanks for the review of the putt putt course! Now that we are in season I try to avoid downtown as much as possible but this might be worth it 1st thing on a bright and sunny weekday morning!

Thanks for your videos ! Hubby and I are coming down June 22 till 26 for our 29th anniversary and staying at Bay View in a condo, so it is helpful to see how it sits compared to the restaurants and sky wheel which was a little confusing on their web site

Happy anniversary! 🎉 How was the trip? We are going next week for 2 and a half days, and there is so much to do I wish we were staying longer.
@@spiwolf6998 we had a great trip and the ocean side view was spectacular. We rented some go-go mobility scooters so we rode up and down the boardwalk, ate at close by restaurants and did sightseeing.

If you’re referring to the new version of the haunted adventure, we do not yet. We hope to have one as long as they allow filming.
I’ve been to Myrtle Beach several times, and I’ve always thought of trying the Mirror Maze. However, it could be kind of disorienting.
It's definitely disorienting I think that's the point! But it can be a lot of fun it just depends on what you enjoy.

Great video! I’ve done the mirror maze at Broadway at the beach, so I would like to do that as well there. The illusion lab looks awesome. However, it sounds a little disappointing that it’s so small.
Sidenote… Does playing audio music in the background help with the copyright claims because of the music they play inside? Thanks for any advice!
Glad you enjoyed the video! The illusion lab was a lot of fun. Ripley's has deals where you can do multiple attractions and I think it's worth it with one of those tickets (like 4 or more attractions). To your side note, I'm not sure. I try to talk non-stop when music is playing and that does seem to help. The music was so loud in the mirror maze I had to remove the audio. They were playing a very well known Michael Jackson song extremely loudly. Normally I use a GoPro with a Rode mic that dampens other sounds, but because this was in dark environments I was filming on my phone with the built in mic.

You never say if you're on The North Side or the South side
The North or South side of what? If you mean the boardwalk itself, this is centrally located right where the Gay Dolphin Gift cove is. If you are referring to the city of Myrtle Beach, this is also centrally located along the coast within the city.
North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, southern most part of the North side.
