I have a question about your pricing plans: Professional includes 60 videos per month at 20 minutes in length...what if I want to make shorter videos like maybe 8 minutes long does the number of videos per month then go up? If I do the math myself, then 60 x 20 = 1200 minutes. 1200 min. / 8 min = 150 videos. Thank you in advance 🙏
Hi Eydis, that's correct. The number of video minutes reduces as the number of videos per month increases. For 8-minute videos, they would get 140 videos a month Happy creating!
In the video above, you can see the preview automatically play when you press "Scene". With this update, this feature has been removed. Honestly, this update makes me very angry as a customer. What kind of company makes their customers uncomfortable in order to increase their profit margins? I strongly request that the preview play automatically like it did before the update.
Hi There! Thanks for your feedback. We have changed it just because playing videos automatically consumes lot of bandwidth and makes the App heavy on browser. We are exploring all ways to improve the speed for our customers.
