I’ve been craving a good racing game lately and I keep hearing that most recent ones aren’t really worth it. Makes me a bit sad to think the market is in a crappy place rn.
The fact that we haven't gotten a new Burnout in 15 years is absolutely tragic. I have confidence it will eventually get better though. The fact that iRacing obtained the license for NASCAR and is releasing a console game developed by a supergroup team of developers from the 3 competing NASCAR game series from the early 00's has me really excited!

Same. I loved motorstorm apocalypse, I miss that and I wish as someone who got ridge racer as my first ps1 game at launch, that we could get a new ridge racer or a remake on ps5. Also a split second velocity remake or remaster would be cool. I also like destruction derby.

This might be a weird question: but I’ve played a bit of Need For Speed Remastered and Gran Turismo 7 and I’ve noticed that you can zoom out a bit on your car but camera remains pretty close to the car. Drive club which has been delisted for a long time had more choices to zoom out more. GTA 5 isn’t a car racing game, but I love how you can zoom out all the way and the car is more out in front of you or zoom in if you’d like. Any good car racing games that can really zoom out more fully?

I've just bought Wipeout Omega Collection as other than Hot Wheels, the racers on PS5 wearnt doing it for me, and gotta say Wipeout is amazing even on today's current gen.

The physics in these new racing games are so bland the vehicles just slide on the track from side to side gear ratios don’t match speed etc..they just move that’s all
NFS Unbound is the hardest racing game I’ve ever played. If you don’t like to get fucked over every race because of one slightly wrong action. Don’t play it. It is unforgiving
Putting gt7 at number 1, what? 😂 What a joke that is. The game is an absolute mess! Every update makes it worse and you say it's improved? That's a blatant lie because when It released it was flawless online from day 1 of it being available and now it's completely UNPLAYABLE with us getting penalties just for being in the race
